There is a report about me
If a report names you and it is wrong, tell us. A person reads every report we are told about.
First, find it
Search your own phone number, bank account, or ID number. You will see the report the way everyone else sees it.
Then flag it
Every report has a small flag button (⚐). Press it and say what is wrong. You can choose:
- This is not me — they have the wrong person.
- What they said is not true.
- The money was paid back, or we settled it.
- This is a personal fight, not a cheat.
- They posted it to harass me.
You need an account to flag a report. It is free — your phone number and a code we text you. No password. We ask because a flag is a serious claim and it needs a name behind it.
What happens next
A moderator reads the report and what you said. If it should not be there, they take it out of search. Nobody else can see it after that.
We do not delete records, so the moderator can always see what was decided and why. But a report that is taken out of search cannot be found by anyone.
If the debt was real but is now paid
Flag it and say it was settled. A report about a debt you have repaid should not stay up. Show the moderator what you paid and when, if you have it.
What this is not
This is not the police and not a court. We cannot fine anyone or clear anyone. People report what happened to them, and other people read it.
If you have lost money, or someone is threatening you, go to the police.
